Terrapin and Avanti Architects have been developing new offsite solutions for the housing market. Our particular goal has been to meet the growing need for high quality affordable homes in a cost efficient manner, while minimising the impact on the environment. We offer a variety of flexible modular building solutions that can be adapted as the homeowners' requirements change, and reducing the unit widths has also optimised transportation costs. The range of designs available includes microflats, apartments with up to four bedrooms, and two or three storey houses. These can all be configured in a wide variety of ways to suit the site and the developer's aims.
