The standard classroom package provides two 63.4 sq m air conditioned and carpeted teaching areas each with a 4.4 sq m store and a communal entrance lobby. Terrapins fast-track space solution comes with an impressive array of standard specifications and includes the proven quality assurance benefits of factory built structures.

Terrapin's standard double classroom is fully compliant with building and fire regulations and has a robust, maintenance free external finish. The new block can be specified with a standard flat, felt covered roof or upgraded to a concrete tiled pitched roof. Each 7.5m x 8.4m carpeted teaching area has double glazed aluminium windows and six double power sockets. The 2.65m high suspended ceiling includes an air conditioning unit and recessed fluorescent lighting.
